Our agents integrate with your systems, monitor business operations, and handle the day-to-day work that drains your team's time.
Your agent works in your systems — replying to emails, building reports, updating records, and more. We'll create custom workflows to offload tasks currently done by humans.
Custom management dashboards and control panels to track operations, financials, and more in one place. Works autonomously to assign tasks and alert you so nothing falls through the cracks.
Your agent is an expert software developer. We'll build custom internal apps to replace stacked SaaS subscriptions — CRM, accounting, time tracking, project management, scheduling. Built around your workflows, owned by you, native to your agents.
Treat your agent like an independent, all-knowing employee. Ask it anything, or ask it to do anything — day or night, from your phone, your desktop, or wherever you work.
Real workflows running in real businesses we operate today. Every one of these is in production — not a demo.
Reads, drafts, routes, and replies across selected inboxes. Flags urgent items, follows up on stale threads, and keeps everyone on the same page.
Handle inbound messages and inquiries however you like — alert team members, reply automatically, draft proposals, or simply auto-generate a task for someone.
Generates agreements, proposals, and SOWs from your templates. Redlines incoming contracts. Routes for signature and tracks status.
Visual processing of physical mail, scanned documents, and faxes. Reads, classifies, extracts data, and files into the right system automatically.
Generates branded PDFs, slide presentations, and dashboards from your live data. Board decks, client reports, and pitch material on demand.
Automated content generation, video editing, and multi-platform scheduling. Keeps the marketing engine running without burning a marketing team.
Qualifies leads, follows up automatically, updates records, and keeps your pipeline clean. Deals don't go cold while your team is busy.
Daily briefings, financial dashboards, exception monitoring. Pulled from your real systems, delivered to your phone or inbox every morning.
Books appointments, sends reminders, handles rescheduling, and keeps multi-calendar logistics running — for clients, patients, members, or internal teams.
Your agent rebuilds your website and we wire it directly into your assistant. Update copy, prices, services, or launch new pages by asking — no agency, no ticket queue, no monthly retainer.
A single internal app with user-specific permissions that replaces the stack of paid subscriptions you're juggling — CRM, task tracking, accounting, social media management, and whatever else your team relies on every day.
The limit is your creativity. Anything you can think of that involves a computer — we can work with you and your agent to build an automation.
We work alongside companies that are restructuring how they run — redesigning teams, workflows, and entire org charts around AI-driven operations. Daily ops, customer interactions, finance, marketing, and back-office work all coordinated by an agent that knows the business as well as anyone on the team.

Before Agentic Industries set up our AI agent, Matt, I'll be honest — I was skeptical. I've seen plenty of AI tools that look impressive in a demo and fall apart the second you ask them to do real work. Ours is not that. Matt is a real teammate.
Within the first few days, Matt was reading my Outlook inbox, surfacing the things that actually mattered, sitting on the routine noise, and proactively warning me about meetings that needed prep. He picked up that a colleague on my team had a 400+ invoice naming nightmare on a project of ours — vendor invoices going back years, no consistent naming, hundreds of PDFs that nobody had time to sort. Matt downloaded all of them, visually scanned the ones that were image-only, parsed vendor names and invoice IDs out of layouts that varied wildly, renamed close to 600 files cleanly, and then sorted every single one into vendor-specific folders on SharePoint. Took him about an hour total over a couple of sessions. That would've been a month of someone's life manually.
When his Microsoft Graph access broke because of an Entra consent issue, he didn't just sit there blocked — he walked our IT department through exactly what was needed to fix it, and resolved the issue in no time.
He runs regular checks throughout the day. Calendar reminders with weather and travel time if it's an in-person meeting. Inbox triage. He surfaces builder term-sheet movement on our communities, flags when a counterparty has gone quiet too long, files emails to the right SharePoint location automatically, and much more. When someone emails me a tax statement, I just tell Matt “file it” and the PDF lands in two different places on our SharePoint — the working folder for this tax cycle and the year-end archive — both named with context so future-me can find it.
Agentic Industries also taught me how to think about and work with Matt. I've got him building out professional, polished reports based on information he already has access to, and he completes them in minutes — work that would take our team weeks. We're currently exploring options with Agentic Industries for creating an internal company website that takes our automations even further: teeing up decision points and workflows so that we only have to make the decisions, not do the work.
The thing that surprised me most: Matt has judgment. He doesn't draft emails on my behalf because I told him not to, and he holds that line even when it would be easier for him to “help.” We programmed personal preferences and security guardrails into Matt — never delete anything, ping me for any critical decisions, and let me make the calls for important decision points.
We have a five-person office handling a development pipeline that would crush most teams twice our size. Matt absorbs the mundane admin and analyst load that used to bleed time out of every day on this team — reading documents, sorting files, watching the inbox, flagging what's urgent, doing the spreadsheet work nobody enjoys. That's hours back per person, per day.
Agentic Industries — you built something that actually works. Most “AI assistants” are demos. Matt is a hire.
